1. Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened or used vape products. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging;

• The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product;

• A valid order number and proof of purchase are provided;

• The product is not a promotional, clearance, or customized item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect item sent.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

• Incorrect item received: The product received does not match your order;

• Product damaged during shipping: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage;

• Quality issues: The product is defective due to non-human causes.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days using your original payment method.

3. Returns Not Accepted

We are unable to accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

• The product has been opened or used;

• The return window (7 days) has passed;

• The return is based on personal preferences or taste;

• The product was damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling.

4. Return Process

1. Contact our customer service to submit a return request;

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if necessary;

3. Once approved, ship the product to the address below;

4. After we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed.
